Orders & Shipping
Standard US shipping is 2-4 business days from our New Jersey warehouse. Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same day. Express shipping ($14) arrives in 1-2 business days.
You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse.
Yes, we ship to 12 countries: US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Mexico.
International shipping starts at $18 and takes 5-14 business days depending on destination. Customs and duties are the buyer's responsibility. We display the estimated cost at checkout.
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $60. International orders qualify for free shipping over $120.
Within 60 minutes of placing your order, yes. Just email hello@woofsy.com and we'll catch it. After that, our small warehouse team has usually started picking, and we can't promise.
If we miss the window, no stress. You can return anything within 30 days for a full refund.
First, check the tracking link in your shipping email. If it's been more than 7 business days since the expected delivery date and there's no movement, email us at hello@woofsy.com with your order number. We'll open a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement straight away.
Returns & Guarantee
If your dog isn't in love within 30 days, send it back for a full refund. No questions, no hoops. We even pay return shipping, US only.
You don't need to keep the original packaging. We don't need a reason. We genuinely just want your dog and you to be happy.
Email returns@woofsy.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label within one business day. Drop it at any USPS location and you're done.
Refunds land back on your original payment method 3-5 business days after we receive the package.
The 30-day Tail-Wag Guarantee covers any product, any reason, full refund.
The 90-day Indestructible Guarantee is specific to our chew toys. If your dog destroys it within 90 days, we'll send a free replacement, no need to return the original. Just email a photo to chew@woofsy.com.
Yes. For size or colour changes, just email returns@woofsy.com. We'll ship the new one out the same day we receive the original. No charge.
Products & Care
Every product is reviewed by our independent vet council before launch and uses only non-toxic, BPA-free materials. We share full material specs on every product page.
That said, no toy is meant to be ingested. Always supervise dogs with chews, and replace anything that's cracked or worn through.
Designed in NYC. Made by specialist partners in Portugal, Italy, and the US, depending on the material. Every supplier signs our welfare, safety, and durability standards before we work together.
Most ceramics and silicone pieces are dishwasher safe, top rack. Chew toys and rubber goods can be washed with soap and warm water. Leather pieces should be wiped with a damp cloth and conditioned every 6 months.
If it's within 90 days, email a photo to hello@woofsy.com and we'll send a replacement free of charge. If it's outside that window but feels like a defect, still write to us. We usually find a way.
Yes. Send any worn-out Woofsy item back to us, free with our prepaid label, and we'll recycle the materials into the next generation. You'll get $5 store credit per item as a thank-you.
