Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in good condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will gladly replace or refund your order.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, certain pet-related items may not be eligible for return once opened.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
